"Live life like it is rigged in your favor." - Rumi
I am the Owner/Founder of Four Immeasurables Life Practice, LLC a wellness practice located in Westfield, New Jersey. In July 2016, I opened my practice to create a sacred space for clients in the greater New York/New Jersey metropolitan area — offering a wide range of counseling, psychotherapy, life coaching, consultation, and wellness services.

I am a Buddhist psychotherapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a School Social Worker, and a Credentialed Clinical Supervisor in New York and New Jersey. I provide clinical supervision for social workers seeking advanced licensure in the State of New Jersey. I currently supervise post-graduate students from Columbia, Fordham, The New School, and Rutgers University. I am experienced and passionate about my work with children, adolescents, and adults as well as first responders, veterans, and their families.

I received my Master's Degree (MSW) from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service in New York City. I was awarded the Reverend McCarthy Award for excellence in academics and field work from Fordham University in 2009. I am a SIFI certified field instructor in New York and New Jersey for graduate clinical interns from Fordham University, Georgian Court, and Rutgers University.

I have experience teaching Mindfulness Based Training Skills and facilitate workshops for schools, agencies, and corporations.

I am currently a part-time school social worker at a therapeutic school in New Jersey for students with significant socio-emotional, behavioral, psychological and learning disabilities, as well as a private psychotherapist.

In addition to psychotherapeutic services, I provide private consultation services, life coaching, and workshops for individuals and small groups focused on implementation of visualization techniques, stress management, goal rehearsal, meditation, and MBT skills to improve performance and increase overall wellness.

I previously served as corrections officer in New Jersey and I graduated from Camden County's Police Academy. I received the Academic Award and I was the First Squad Leader in my police academy class. I enjoy paddle boarding, reading, research, meditation, and working in my private practice. My focus is helping clients navigate life transitions, college pressures, psychosocial stressors, anxiety, emotion regulation issues, grief, loss, ADHD, ASD, and substance abuse related issues. My intention for clients is to transform, transcend life's difficulties, and transmute pain into power through application of the Four Immeasurables - happiness, joy, compassion, and equanimity.

"May I become at all times, both now and forever, A protector of those without protection. A guide for those who have lost their way. A ship for those with oceans to cross. A bridge for those with rivers to cross. A sanctuary for those in danger. A lamp for those without light. A place of refuge for those who lack shelter and a servant to all in need. For as long as space endures, and as long as living beings remain, until then may I, too, abide to dispel the misery of the world."
